What we collect
- Project enquiries: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your email, business name, budget range and the message you send through the contact form.
- Store sign-ups: the WhatsApp number or email you leave to hear when the DoneBuzz Store opens.
- Orders (once the store opens): your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you order.
- Basic usage data: anonymous information such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site fast and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a project plan.
- To confirm, deliver and support your orders, including messages on WhatsApp.
- To tell you when the store opens, if you asked us to.
- To improve the website.
We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers to run the website: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google Fonts (fonts). Courier companies and payment providers receive only the details needed to deliver or process an order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages. Email donebuzzofficial@gmail.com and we will respond.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
